to Expect

Introductory Meeting
Metamed plan coordinator introduces the plan and what to expect during the course of the program. Plan coordinator also uses this meeting as an opportunity to get to know the patient better and collects baseline information.
Medical Doctor Consultation
Medical Doctor with weight related specialization performs a detailed consultation; including detailed history and health related metrics. Physician prescribes medication if the patient parameters are met.
Consultations with Dietician, Fitness Coach, behavioral coach on a Biweekly basis
Staggered weekly visits focused on establishing healthy habits, optimal dietary routine (based on the patient needs), stress management and making small adjustments to reach optimal state are covered.
Personalized Fitness Plan
Post fitness assessment, personalized fitness plans are crafted and plan member is taught how to best tune their routine to incorporate these in their daily life. This is critical in improving muscle mass and improving healthy habits (such as ample sleep and rest, mindful eating etc).
Monthly Behavioral Checkins
These check-ins are designed to monitor patients progress and track improvement. These sessions are also used to motivate patients by showing them results and reflecting on challenges as patient’s work to modify their lifestyle. Tangible data points are utilized to discuss progress and continue evaluating options to increasing the bar.
Real time Support and feedback
We leverage technology with an AI-based app on your devices to provide immediate feedback on your lifestyle choices. Additionally, you’ll have the option to join our supportive community, helping you stay motivated and connected throughout your journey. We also track your body composition, giving you valuable insights into your muscle mass and fat mass to keep you informed and inspired every step of the way.
